Colin T Ilgen (“we,” “us”), offers the Dreamcycle app (the “App”) as a product and brand. This policy applies whether you use the App as Dreamcycle or installed it under earlier trade names (see Terms of Use — Brand and name). We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data through the App. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs from us.

What stays on your device

Notifications

If you use alarms or notifications, scheduling and delivery are handled on your device by Apple’s operating systems (for example iOS and watchOS) according to Apple’s policies and your settings.

Apple

Downloading, purchasing, and updating the App is subject to Apple’s privacy policy and App Store terms. We do not control how Apple processes data related to the App Store, payment and purchase history, receipts, or your device.

Support email

If you contact us at [email protected], we receive whatever information you put in your message (such as your email address and the contents of your email). We use that only to respond to you.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information through the App.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), may give you rights regarding personal information. We do not sell or share personal information (including “selling” or “sharing” as defined under California law) in connection with the App. The App does not collect personal information through the software as described above. If you email us, we process that correspondence as explained under “Support email.” To exercise rights that may apply to personal information we hold from those communications, contact [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our practices change. The “Last updated” date on dreamcycle.app will change when we do.
